No-Show and Cancellation Policy
No-shows and late cancellations have a financial and cultural impact on The Dunes Golf & Winter Club. Our goal is to create a positive and consistent enrollment for our customers. We appreciate and respect your efforts.
No-shows impact everyone.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or modify your tee time, please notify the Pro Shop at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time. Cancellations can be made by phone or through the online booking system.
No-Show Policy
Players who fail to arrive for their scheduled tee time and/or do not cancel within the required time frame will be considered a no-show. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a $20 penalty fee and/or booking suspension.
Partial No-Shows
If fewer players arrive than originally booked, the course reserves the right to charge the applicable penalty fee for the missing players.
Arrival Time
Players are required to check in at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time. Tee times may be released if players are not present at the scheduled time.
Exceptions
Management may waive fees or penalties in cases of severe weather, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances.
