2026 Green Fees and Passes

Cash, debit, credit cards, passes and gift cards may be used to pay for green fees. Any combination of (10) Green Fee Passes receive a 10% discount. For purchases over $5,000 please contact Carter Burletoff. All Green Fee Passes also give you access to our driving range.

NOTE: Golf passes and rain checks must be used within the current golf year and cannot be carried over to the following golf season. 2026 Green Fee passes will expire approximately by October 15, 2026 (as deemed playable by management). Golf passes are not accepted for tournament play. GST will be added to all rates.

Early Bird Rates do not apply on the following Mondays: May 18 Victoria Day, July 1 Canada Day, August 3 Heritage Day, Sep 7 Labour Day and Oct 12 Thanksgiving Day.

Booking Policy

A credit card is required to book a tee-time. Please be considerate and call the Pro Shop at 780-538-4333 if you need to cancel or re-schedule.

Out of Town Guests who live 200 km or more from Grande Prairie, can book tee times 30 days in advance. Credit card is required to book.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

No-shows and late cancellations have a financial and cultural impact on The Dunes Golf & Winter Club. Our goal is to create a positive and consistent enrollment for our customers. We appreciate and respect your efforts.

No-shows impact everyone.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or modify your tee time, please notify the Pro Shop at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time. Cancellations can be made by phone or through the online booking system.

No-Show Policy
Players who fail to arrive for their scheduled tee time and/or do not cancel within the required time frame will be considered a no-show. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a $20 penalty fee and/or booking suspension.

Partial No-Shows
If fewer players arrive than originally booked, the course reserves the right to charge the applicable penalty fee for the missing players.

Arrival Time
Players are required to check in at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time. Tee times may be released if players are not present at the scheduled time.

Exceptions
Management may waive fees or penalties in cases of severe weather, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances.

Standards of Dress

Traditional golf attire & clean casual clothing is required. This includes:

  • Shirts with collars
  • Golf pants & shorts
  • Clean denim pants without holes
  • Collarless shirts (NO rude/vulgar sayings or logos)
  • Soft spike golf course, running shoes
  • Women’s tops must be capable of being tucked in & may not be backless

 

Guests wearing any of the following items of attire will be asked to change prior to play:

  • Swimwear, muscle shirts, tank tops & halter tops (no smaller than 2 inches wide)
  • Cowboy boots, work boots or shoe with a heal
  • Cut off shorts, gym shorts, lycra/spandex shorts
  • Metal spikes
  • Pajama pants
  • Bug spray & sunscreen must never be applied on grass
