Membership Payment Plan Options
Purchase your 2021 Membership on or before December 23, 2020 on the Payment Plan Option with the following details:
$1000.00 down payment at time of purchase with the remaining balance due with 5 equal monthly installments payable the first day of month starting January 2021 thru May 2021.
Monthly Payment Methods available:
- Authorized Pre-Approval Payment – withdraws the payment monthly from your authorized personal bank account.
- Credit Card Payment – on the first day of the month the payment will be charged to an authorized credit card on file. 2.5% Administration Fee will apply.
- Post Dated Cheques – to be deposited on the first day of the month.
Note: promotional discounts will not apply to Memberships Purchased via the Monthly Payment Plan Option.

Booking Policy
A credit card is required to book a tee-time. Please be considerate and call the Pro Shop at 780-538-4333 if you need to cancel or re-schedule.
Members can book tee times up to seven days in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We request the courtesy of your call if you are unable to make a tee time, or if the number of golfers in your party changes. Failure to do so, with at least 24 hours prior notice, will result in the full green fees charged to your credit card.
Dress Code
We want you to be comfortable and to relax at The Dunes, but please be considerate of others, and of the course. Remember that we are a “soft spikes” course, and that conservative and appropriate dress is required.
Guests wearing any of the following items of attire will be asked to change prior to play.
Please refrain from wearing:
- Tank tops or muscle shirts
- Halter tops
- Cut off shorts
- Gym shorts
- Lycra shorts
- Metal spikes
- High heel shoes
- Cowboy boots
- Pajama pants
